Earlier in the year I did a bit of a bike. It was fun and so on, but I decided I hadn't really punished my body enough, so I've decided to run a half-marathon in September. As before I'm raising money for the Lance Armstrong Foundation (which you'll have realised if you're reading this).

A half marathon is 13.1 miles. I ran 11 miles the other day and I know that running 13 miles for me is going to be a lot harder than cycling 75 miles, though it will mercifully take less time.

As before I'd really appreciate any donations people make, but don't feel obligated. I'm doing this for fun (am I insane?!), but if I raise money as well then so much the better (for the LAF)!

Check it out, I've learnt a lot about cancer and it's effects from reading that blog, and it can be pretty funny too.
