Cancer has affected my life in many many ways. When I think of the number of people I know and love that have fought the battle against this dread disease I am stunned. My grandfather, my mother, my husband,my uncle, a great-aunt, dear friends..old and new, parents and siblings of friends, students,co-workers, former teachers and the list goes on. We have to ask ourselves..."When is enough, enough?" How long can we watch the cancer victims of the world fight this battle with every ounce of who they are? Some...the fight was heroic...and the battle was won! For others...the battle was never ending..they fought the brave fight....and they lost. Let's all work together for the day when CANCER brings no more pain, no more sorrow. Where every battle is won!
