Unite with me in the cancer fight and support my fundraising efforts

I have metastatic breast cancer. I am 30 years old and first learned I had this insidious disease at age 26. It has interfered with my and my husband George's lives, my career, and my cycling. I hope that I live long enough for a new life-prolonging drug to be discovered or a cure found.

In the meantime, I am going to keep cycling. Last Novemeber I rode El Tour's 109 mile course in 5:16, with the help of my awesome teammates, and despite receiving chemotherapy. This October, I am going to ride the 90-mile Livestrong Challenge ride and raise money to support cancer research. Please join me!

The Lance Armstrong Foundation unites people to fight cancer, believing that unity is strength, knowledge is power, and attitude is everything.
